Emotional Storytelling through Set Design with Cassie Holmes

Jube School Presents: Emotional Storytelling through Set Design with Cassie Holmes

In this immersive workshop, students dive into the art of designing with emotion. Working with our expert, Cassie, students will explore how theatre designers bring stories to life through lighting, color, and mood.

Together, they’ll examine real-world projects by professional designers, learning how to make creative choices that evoke powerful feelings.

Students will even have a chance to draw their own sets that are based on emotions! Join us and unleash the storyteller within!

Supplies needed: Anything to colour with (crayons, pencil crayons, and markers). Paper of any colour will work.

Recommended Grades: 2 - 6
